You would have seen this on our promotional material before, but what does it really mean?
With any computer system, the program is only as good as the support you receive, so here are a few questions.
1)   Are you competent enough with computers that you can resolve any PC based issues?
2)   Do you know where every report in Salon Potential is and what it means?
3)   If an unexpected problem crops up (like a staff member leaving with heaps of client information) do you know how to react to prevent any financial damage to your business?
4)   Do you know how to use Salon Potential to keep your salon profitable?
If you answered no to any of the above questions, then you need to take advantage of our Support-line Service because we CAN answer those questions for you!
And this is what you receive for only $445 p.a. (Plus $100 per additional licence);
•   Phone Support:
All Support members are supplied with our CONFIDENTIAL support number where we can also be contacted out of hours if the office is unmanned.
This support offered covers the NEW “SALON POTENTIAL” system only, unfortunately, as of the 1st February 2010 we can no longer offer support to users with our old DOS based system. However we have a fantastic offer on for a limited time to our DOS users when you upgrade to our Latest Salon Potential program, call Thomas for details!!

•   Program Support
You receive full support for Salon Potential software from our experienced team. We will also offer limited support for programs supplied by our company, but not owned or written by us, but strongly advise you to contact the manufacturer of these programs to ensure you receive a fast resolution. Support for programs not supplied by us WILL incur a support charge. (See attached terms and conditions for details)

•   Hardware support
Advice on hardware requirements, problems, prices etc. Support to your local serviceman loading our software etc.

•   30 Day account terms
That’s right! You receive 30 day account terms on all purchases from Salon Potential if you are a Support-line member, what a fantastic idea to free up your cash flow!

•   Access to our Emergency Phone service
This gives you access to our special emergency hotline, for those problems that crop up out of hours! (Don’t forget I will be spending a great deal of the time travelling, so quite often the office may be unattended). All support members receive access to my EMERGENCY HOTLINE each year, so you can always get your questions answered!

•   Discounts on Salon Potential Updates
Support-line members also receive massive discounts on Salon Potential updates of $60 per update and $25 per mini updates (and with up to 3 or 4 updates per year, this alone will pay for your support-line cost!)

•   Discounts on On-site training or consulting service
You also receive a discount of over $30 off standard cost for onsite services and further discount of $20 per hour, this is a HUGE SAVING!

As you can see, with the amount of benefits offered for such a small price, this is something we offer as a service, NOT to generate profit, as it’s in our interest to make using our system an enjoyable experience (Don’t forget to check the attached Terms and Condition for details)

Only available from our partners “Cloudnet” in WA for an additional $186 p.a
Our remote IT services are for businesses that do not have a full time IT employee, we will act as your full time IT support person. Once you give us permission by running our remote program on your desktop, we are able to connect to your PC as if we were sitting in front of it. Providing you have an active broadband or Satellite internet connection, we can log on and perform computer software repairs, perform training, update software, remove virus and speed up your computer as if we were sitting in front of it, whether you are down the road, across the country or in the bush, we are able to help, how cool is that?

And this is what you receive for only $186 p.a.
(Plus $20 per additional PC or additional site);
• Extra Phone Support:
With WA 2~4 hours behind the Eastern States, this means you receive an additional 700 hours per year in support time from our WA partners, They have been involved with Salon Potential for over 20 years and are well qualified to offer support for our products.

PLEASE NOTE – this support is only offered in the afternoons when Salon Potential support in Sydney is closed and up to 6pm Perth time, Monday to Friday. For any support required during normal time, please call our normal support number
• Remote Support
You receive full remote support for any computer of software problems that may arise on your computer. This support is also only offered Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Perth time and is not available from Salon Potential in Sydney(See attached terms and conditions for details)
This includes 1 x 15min remote service per month (Non-accruing).
A rate of $66 per additional remote service up to and including the first 15 minutes, then an additional rate of $65 per additional ½ hour will be charged.

Non support Members charged for Remote support @ $78 per 15 minute remote session (min $66), then $65 per ½ hour block thereafter.
