Salon Potential. Remote Assist for problems related to NON Salon Potential

E.G. Virus or other program or computer problems will be charged for at the same rate as in house service. .. All remote support jobs for Non Support will need to be paid Via Credit card prior to starting. Non support Charges will apply..

Major upgrades $210.00 per version – Mini Updates $45.00 per update
Onsite training/consulting $130.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

+ $65.00 call out fee metro area. Outside Metro area addition charges apply + any travel and accommodation costs incurred

In-house services for data, computer repairs charged at $65.00 per hour. Plus parts if needed

In house, training/consulting $120.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour) then part thereof.

Support line Members who wish to Upgrade from Versions of the program


To upgrade from one level to the next you simply pay the difference in the current RRP.
